The benefits of boating far outweigh the costs of boating.

Being on the water does all sorts of wonderful things to you and for you. The impact it has on our mind and bodies is incredible; the connection between water and our happiness is very real.

It appeals to our senses – the sight of water induces a flood of neurochemicals that promote wellness. Connecting with nature will tickle your soul, bringing positive energy to your mind. The sunshine provides Vitamin D which promotes healthy bones and in medically proven to improve your mood.

We are plugged into our devices 24/7, organising our lives via our device, having meetings through our devices, mindlessly scrolling social media platforms for countless hours every day and night, checking and responding to emails, calls, txt messages………
